The 6th Summer Institute in Statistics and Modeling in Infectious Diseases (SISMID) will take place at the University of Washington. The summer institute is being held on July 7-23, 2014 in Seattle at the University of Washington South Campus Center.
Infectious disease researchers will have numerous opportunities to learn about modern methods of statistical analysis and mathematical modeling. Statisticians and mathematical modelers will have an opportunity to choose from a number of modules that will discuss the statistical problems posed by current infectious disease data.
